あまり他の人には教えたくない素晴らしさ
Positive: このエリアでは新築住居ビルが増えていて、多くの部屋が貸しに出されていますが、この建物は地域で一番と思われます。
駐車場へのアクセスは広く、部屋も十分なスペースと設備、メインテナンスが保たれ、TigoTVが観られるのでNHKも視聴可能。
Negative: 地下駐車場の番号がわかりにくいけど、一旦理解すれば問題ない。
